An 'Unreserved' ticket, or 'General Admission' ticket, grants you access to an unreserved section where you do not have an assigned seat.
Most 'General Admission' tickets are standing or floor tickets, and some are unreserved seating.
Unreserved tickets are allocated on a first-in, best-dressed basis at the show.
18+: Only patrons aged 18 years and over may attend.
Licensed All Ages: Generally, patrons of all ages may attend. Alcohol will be available for purchase on the premises and will only be available to patrons aged 18 years and over.
Note: Some Licensed All Ages shows may require children aged 14 or 15 and under to be accompanied by a legal guardian. Please always check disclaimers where an age restriction is listed.
All Ages: Patrons of all ages may attend.
For General Admission events, we do not recommend attendance by children aged 5 years and under.
Age restrictions will be indicated on the tour page on our website and/or the authorised ticketing agency website.
The tour page on our website lists the most up-to-date news and show information.
To receive the latest updates on shows, become a Frontier Member here, follow our socials, respond to the show's official Facebook Event or check the relevant tour page to see if a waitlist is available for your preferred show date.
Ticket purchase limits are in place and vary for all shows. You can find ticket purchase limits on the authorised ticketing agency's website or by heading to the Frontier Touring website and checking the ‘Ticket information’ section under your chosen show date on the relevant artist’s tour page.
Frontier Member presales are an opportunity to access tickets before the general public. Tickets in all price categories are available during both the Frontier Member presale and the on sale for a particular show. Frontier Member presales do not offer preferential seating.
It is entirely your choice whether you purchase during the presale or wait for tickets to be on sale to the general public.
There's no guarantee you will be able to purchase a ticket in a presale as allocations can be exhausted, just like they can when tickets go on sale. For the latest updates on shows, visit the official Facebook Event during the presale period or check the relevant tour page to see if a waitlist is available for your preferred show date.
All food and beverage stall vendor queries must be directed to the show venue.
For Hanging Rock queries, please email catering@roundhouse.com.au
For specific shows that are sold out or where the allocation is exhausted, you can join a waitlist to receive a notification when a significant number of tickets are released for your selected city (this includes tickets for any new shows added in that city). We won’t always send release notifications to the waitlist for minimal ticket releases. We encourage you to keep an eye on the authorised ticketing agency’s event page to check ongoing availability.
A waitlist does not guarantee more tickets will become available or that you will be able to purchase tickets. You can join as many artist waitlists as you want, but you can only join each waitlist once and any duplicates may be removed. Please note: joining a waitlist is separate to becoming a Frontier Member.
A 'Reserved seating' ticket means you are assigned/have reserved a specific seat in a specific section for the show.
If a show date is marked as ‘sold out’, all the tickets currently available have been sold.
If a show date is marked as ‘sold out’ or allocation exhausted, all the tickets currently available have been sold. In some cases, new tickets may be released at a later stage. To receive the latest updates on ticket releases, respond to the show's official Facebook Event or check the relevant tour page to see if a waitlist is available for your preferred show date.
Please note: We strongly advise that you do not purchase tickets from an unofficial retailer or reseller such as Viagogo, The Ticket Merchant, Facebook Marketplace or from people who comment on social media posts. There is no guarantee that these tickets are legitimate and valid for entry into the show. Additionally, if a show is rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, you will not receive any communication from the authorised ticketing agency about refunds or reissued tickets as you are not the original ticket purchaser.
