How can we help?

Tickets are transacted through the relevant show's authorised ticketing agency website, so you do NOT need to visit the Frontier Touring website during a Frontier Member presale.

All you need to participate in the Frontier Member presale is your presale code (if required for your show’s presale) and the link to the authorised ticketing agency listed on the artist's tour page on the Frontier Touring website.

We recommend that you head to the relevant artist's tour page on the Frontier Touring website in the days leading into the Frontier Member presale to ensure you have the correct ticketing link and presale code (if required) for the show you are interested in.

If you have received a Frontier Touring presale email or a presale reminder email, you can click the ‘Tickets’ button listed within the email which will redirect you to the authorised ticketing agency website for the relevant show.

Your tickets will be delivered according to the ticket delivery method listed on the authorised ticketing agency's website when purchasing tickets. You can find the ticket delivery method on the ticket purchase confirmation email or when signing in to your account on the authorised ticketing agency’s website.

You may receive your tickets immediately or they may be subject to a ticket suppression date (tickets sent at a date nearer to the Event date) which may be applied to minimise ticket scalping. You will be advised of the specific ticket date delivery at the time of purchasing your tickets. You can also find the ticket suppression date on the authorised ticketing agency’s website or the Ticket information section on our website’s tour page.

If tickets are available instantly and you have not yet received your tickets, please contact the authorised ticketing agency. If you have not received your tickets after the ticket suppression date, please contact the authorised ticketing agency.

Frontier Touring make every effort to provide an inclusive and accessible experience for everyone.

You can find venue accessibility information for your preferred show under the Accessibility section of the relevant artist’s tour page on the Frontier Touring website.

You can also find accessibility details on the relevant venue's website and on the authorised ticketing agency’s website. We recommend contacting the show venue and the authorised ticketing agency regarding accessible ticketing and services prior to tickets going on sale to the general public. Like all ticket types, allocations are subject to availability.

If your query is not answered in the resources above, you can submit your question via our contact form

Tickets for a show are purchased from the authorised ticketing agency. Examples of commonly used official ticketing agencies include AXS, Moshtix, Oztix, Ticketmaster and Ticketek.

You can check the ‘Authorised ticketing agency’ section under your show date on the relevant artist’s tour page to see the authorised ticketing agency for that particular show.

Please note:

  • Frontier Touring and Chugg Entertainment are not ticketing agencies and are not involved in ticket transactions or purchases.
  • We strongly discourage you from purchasing tickets through any unauthorised third party resellers or via social media.

Set times are available closer to the show date.

Set times will be published on the tour page on our website and the show's official Facebook Event.

RSVP to the relevant show's official Facebook Event hosted by Frontier Touring for the latest news and updates.

If you think you have purchased tickets that are scalped or illegitimate, immediately contact the person or website who sold them to you for more information.

Ultimately, it’s at the discretion of the venue and its staff (including any authorised ticketing agency representatives) to decide whether a ticket is valid for entry.

Frontier Touring, the authorised ticketing agency and the venue are not responsible for unauthorised ticket disputes.

The best way to make scalping a priority issue for authorities is to make your views and experiences known to the ACCC and the consumer affairs body/department for your State or Territory.
