How can we help?

Frontier Touring is not a ticketing agency and is not involved in the ticket transaction process.
For shows that are postponed, existing ticketholders need not take action: original purchases are valid for the rescheduled date without the need for exchange. If you’re unable to attend the new date, you can obtain a full refund from the show's authorised ticketing agency as listed on the Frontier Touring website on the relevant artist’s tour page.
If you cannot recall which ticketing agency you purchased your tickets through, check your purchase confirmation email or head to the Frontier Touring website and check the ‘Authorised ticketing agency’ section under your show date on the relevant artist’s tour page.
Once the rescheduled dates are announced, the original ticket purchasers will receive an email from the authorised ticketing agent with all the necessary information.
For shows that are cancelled, refunds are processed automatically to the original ticket purchasers for any tickets purchased through the show’s authorised ticketing agency. The authorised ticketing agency will communicate directly with original ticket purchasers.
If you have not received your refund or haven't received an email from the authorised ticketing agency, please contact the ticketing agency directly.
Frontier Touring make every effort to provide an inclusive and accessible experience for everyone. We confirm that accessible tickets are available to purchase during Frontier Member presales.
You can find venue accessibility information for your preferred show under the Accessibility section of the relevant artist’s tour page on the Frontier Touring website.
You can also find accessibility details on the relevant venue's website and on the authorised ticketing agency’s website. We recommend contacting the show venue and the authorised ticketing agency regarding accessible ticketing and services prior to tickets going on sale to the general public. Like all ticket types, allocations are subject to availability.
If your query is not answered in the resources above, you can submit your question via our contact form.

There are two ways to find your unique Frontier Member presale code:
- On the confirmation email when you signed up as a Frontier Member
- Your presale code will display on the 'My details' page when signed into the Frontier Touring website
- Before and during a presale on the tour page by signing in to the Frontier Touring website and selecting the show you want to attend - the presale code will appear in the 'Presale code' section
Note: Some shows may require a standard codeword or hidden link instead of your unique Frontier Member code to access a presale. To guarantee you're using the correct presale code for the show, visit the Frontier Touring website, go to the relevant artist's tour page and select the show you want to end and check the code listed in the 'Presale code' section.
All requests must be made by the editor of an accredited media outlet to the email address below. Frontier does not accredit freelancers unless working for an official outlet and will generally only provide accreditation for one show per outlet, per tour.
Editors of accredited media outlets may email here with the following details:
- Artist name (include support artists if relevant)
- City
- Tour date
- Media outlet name
- Full contact details (name, email, mobile) of all reviewers/photographers seeking accreditation
Frontier will contact you if your request is successful closer to the tour date and will provide you with further information.
You can unsubscribe from the waitlist by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in the footer of the email or by clicking the ‘Opt out’ link at the end of the SMS.
When someone has tickets in their cart but has not yet paid for them, those tickets go into a hold status – known as 'dibs' – and the tickets are not available to other customers. The tickets remain on 'dibs' until the customer completes the ticket transaction or the ticket transaction times out or is abandoned.
If a customer’s ticket transaction is not completed, their tickets go back into the central system for the next customer to draw from. If there are a number of customers just 'looking' and not buying tickets, then further tickets may become available in the central system once that customer finishes 'looking'.
The Frontier Touring website and social media pages are updated immediately after the ticket allocation has been exhausted. Keep an eye out on those pages for the latest information on a particular show. If the show’s ticket allocation is not listed as sold out then we encourage you to keep trying to purchase tickets.
The good news is that you don’t need to receive a presale email to access the Frontier Member presale.
You can view the presale information on the Frontier Touring website from the time a tour is announced until the end of the tour’s presale period. Head to the the relevant artist's tour page on the Frontier Touring website and select either "Presale soon" or “Presale on now” for your chosen show date. This will then prompt you to Sign in to view your presale code.
The Frontier Member presale ticket limit is put in place to deter scalping and to ensure that everyone has an equal opportunity to access tickets.
Multiple purchases using the same presale code may result in all tickets purchased using that presale code being cancelled.
On some occasions the on sale ticket limit is higher than the Frontier Member presale ticket limit and you are able purchase a larger group (usually up to 10 tickets). Please check the relevant artist's tour page on the Frontier Touring website for details of show-specific ticket limits and any other restrictions that may apply.
