By cancelling your Frontier Member account, you will no longer receive Frontier Member presale access, tour announcements and updates, newsletters, exclusive competitions and special offers.

You can unsubscribe in one of two ways:

Option 1: Sign in to your Frontier Member account and click the ‘Cancel membership’ button at the bottom of the ‘My details’ page.

Option 2: Click the ‘Unsubscribe’ text link in the footer of any Frontier Touring email you have received.

If your query is not answered in the resources above, you can submit your question via our contact form.

A Frontier Member presale is a period (usually 24 hours) when Frontier Members get advanced ticket access to shows promoted by Frontier Touring and Chugg Entertainment (and our touring partners) before they go on sale to the general public.

Please note, not every tour will have a Frontier Member presale.

Please be aware, support acts are generally determined internally.

To request supporting a tour or show, please submit a query via our contact form with the following information:

  • Specific tour and show date/s you’re requesting for
  • Media kit
  • Link to music

As we receive a high volume of requests of this nature, we are unfortunately unable to respond in detail to every enquiry. If our team is interested or requires additional information, someone will be in contact with you in due course.

All requests must be made by the editor of an accredited media outlet to the email address below. Frontier does not accredit freelancers unless working for an official outlet.

Editors of accredited media outlets may email here with the following details:

- Artist name (include support artists if relevant)
- City
- Tour date
- Media outlet name
- Full contact details (name, email, mobile) of all reviewers / photographers seeking accreditation

Frontier will contact you if your request is successful closer to the tour date and will provide you with further information.

We aim to deal with all complaints or feedback in a polite and courteous manner. We will deal with your complaint or feedback fairly and reasonably, having regard to all the circumstances.

We respond to all complaints in writing (as required) and do our best to address complaints promptly. However, please note that where a matter requires further investigation, it may take longer for us to provide you with a response.

The Frontier Info inbox is monitored from Monday – Friday, 10am to 5pm AEDT/AEST, excluding public holidays.

We will notify everyone on the waitlist when a significant number of tickets are released for the relevant city. Everyone on the waitlist who has selected the relevant city will be notified at the same time, so that they have the same opportunity to obtain tickets. You will remain on the waitlist until the end of the tour unless you unsubscribe prior, so there may be more opportunities to obtain tickets in future releases even if you miss out on a particular release.

You need to be a Frontier Member to access a Frontier Member presale. If you’re not a Frontier Member yet, you can sign up here!

When signing up, every Frontier Member is allocated their own unique presale code which is used to access the majority of Frontier Member presales. Some shows may require a standard codeword or hidden ticketing link instead of your unique Frontier Member code.

You can find out whether a specific show requires a standard codeword or your unique Frontier Member code by heading to the Frontier Touring website, visiting the relevant artist’s tour page and checking the ‘Presale code’ section.

You can access a Frontier Member presale by entering your presale code into your selected show’s authorised ticketing agency page during the presale period. The presale period can be found by heading to the Frontier Touring website, visiting the relevant artist’s tour page and checking the timings listed for your selected show.

To prepare for a Frontier Member presale, we recommend that you:

  • Sign up as a Frontier Member (if you have not already)
  • Sign in to your account on the Frontier Touring website
  • Visit the relevant tour page to find the presale timings, ticketing link and (if applicable) show-specific presale code
  • When the presale begins, head straight to the authorised ticketing agency's website, enter your presale code and complete your purchase
  • You will normally need to sign in to the authorised ticketing agency website to complete your purchase
  • You should check ahead of time if you have an account with the authorised ticketing agency. If not, refer to their website for details of how to sign up and ensure you're logged in ahead of the presale

As a Frontier Member, you'll receive emails about upcoming presales based on your tour preferences (which you can update here).

Examples of unauthorised online outlets include Viagogo; Stubhub; Ticketfinders; The Ticket Merchant; Trade Me; Tixel; eBay; Gumtree; and Worldticketshop. Purchasing from and selling to strangers on social media and through Facebook groups should also be avoided.

The only way to be sure you’re paying the correct prices and receiving legitimate tickets is by purchasing via the show’s authorised ticketing agency. Examples of our commonly used authorised ticketing agencies include AXS, Moshtix, Oztix, Ticketmaster and Ticketek.

Find the authorised ticketing agency in the 'Ticket information' section for your chosen tour date on the relevant tour page on our website.

While we are a promoter, Frontier Touring is not a ticketing agency and has no involvement in the ticket transaction process.

Please contact the relevant show's authorised ticketing agency for any queries related to the ticket transaction process.

If you cannot recall which ticketing agency you purchased your tickets through, check your purchase confirmation email or head to the Frontier Touring website and check the ‘Authorised ticketing agency’ section under your show date on the relevant artist’s tour page.

Conditions of entry differ from venue to venue and show to show. Please check the relevant venue website directly for information.
