HOW TO ACCESS TICKETS

Demand will be extremely high for Audrey’s first ever Australian shows, so tickets will be sold via a ballot system to make the process as fair as possible. Please follow these steps for the chance to access tickets:


STEP ONE

Complete and submit the form below to register for the ballot. Entries close at 5pm AEST this Sunday 14 September at which point successful registrations will be randomly selected for one of two ballots (subject to availability). If you’re selected for a ballot, your nominated ticket quantity will be held for you to purchase for your nominated show during one of purchase windows set out below.


STEP TWO

If you’re selected for the first ballot, you’ll be emailed (to the email address in your ballot registration) a purchase link and unique purchase code between 2pm and 4pm AEST on Monday 15 September.


STEP THREE

If you’re selected for the first ballot, you’ll be able to purchase tickets during a purchase window from 4pm AEST to 5pm AEST on Monday 15 September.


STEP FOUR

Subject to availability we will run a second ballot. If you’re selected for the second ballot, you’ll be emailed (to the email address in your ballot registration) a purchase link and unique purchase code between 9am and 10am AEST on Tuesday 16 September.


STEP FIVE

If you’re selected for the second ballot, you’ll be able to purchase tickets during a purchase window from 10am AEST to 11am AEST on Tuesday 16 September.


STEP SIX

If you’re not selected for either ballot, you’ve still got a chance to access tickets! We’ll activate waitlists for these shows once the ticket allocation is exhausted. Sign up to receive any updates on future ticket releases in the lead up to the shows. Read more about Frontier waitlists here.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:


🎳 Registration for the ballot is free but it does not guarantee that you will be allocated ticket(s).  

🎳 If you are selected in a ballot, you will be notified by email and will have an opportunity to buy tickets during a limited purchase window.  

🎳 If you don’t purchase tickets during your allocated ballot purchase windows outlined above, your opportunity to purchase tickets will be forfeited. 

🎳 You can only register for the ballot once. Multiple entries do not increase your chances of being selected for the ballot, and additional entries will be removed prior to the random selection process. 

🎳 We recommend that you register with an email address that is easily accessible and be sure to keep an eye on your “Junk” email folde
r during the notification windows.   

🎳 If selected, you will only be eligible to 
purchase tickets for the show you nominated at the time of registration. 
 

🎳 If selected, you will be eligible to purchase a maximum of four (4) tickets for your nominated show only. Each unique purchase code can only be used to purchase four (4) tickets so if successful, make sure to keep your unique code safe + don’t share it with anyone. 

🎳 All underage attendees must have a ticketholding parent/guardian with them at all times to attend the event, please consider this when selecting the number of tickets you plan to purchase. 

🎳 This is a General Admission event.  

🎳 If you require accessible tickets, you can still enter the ballot. Further information regarding venue accessibility and procedures will be provided prior to your nominated show. 

🎳 Purchases that exceed the four (4) ticket limit may result in your additional tickets and associated transactions being cancelled without notice to you. This includes entries or ticket orders associated by the same name, email address, billing address/delivery address, credit card number or any other details provided to the Promoter and/or Authorised Ticketing Agency. 

🎳 These Audrey Hobert ballot terms and conditions operate in conjunction with Frontier’s Terms of Sale and each respective venue’s Terms and Conditions of EntryWhere there is any inconsistency between those terms the following order of enforceability applies: 

1. Venue Terms and Conditions. 
2. Audrey Hobert ballot terms. 

3. Frontier Touring Terms of Sale. 

4. Authorised Ticketing Agency Terms and Conditions.
