How can we help?

As a Frontier Member, you get access to tickets before the general public, receive tour announcements, and exclusive competitions and special offers from Frontier Touring, Chugg Entertainment, and our touring partners.

If you can no longer attend a show you've purchased tickets to, we recommend you visit the official ticketing agency’s website and decide which option is best for you. The show's official ticketing agency may have a resale facility and options on how to securely transfer the tickets to another person using their platform.

We strongly discourage you from reselling tickets through unofficial outlets or social media.

Yes, holders of a valid National or State issued Companion Card may request a companion ticket equivalent to the ticket type purchased by the Companion Card holder.

Companion tickets may be requested directly via the venue or the official ticketing agency. Please refer to the official ticketing agency or venue listed on the artist’s tour page for Companion Card details.  Like all ticket types, allocations are subject to availability.

Recommendation: To assist with a smooth purchasing process, contact the show's venue regarding accessibility requirements prior to tickets going on sale.

Attendees are generally permitted to take photos and/or videos at a show unless otherwise advised.

Only non-professional cameras (e.g., mobile phone cameras, non-SLR cameras, cameras without detachable lenses) are permitted at a show unless you are authorised media.

Unethical secondary ticketing is when people buy tickets at face value and then resell them at inflated prices via non-artist approved methods and websites, thus denying real fans the chance to buy at face value.

Ticket touts and unauthorised resellers use multiple payment cards, false identities and sophisticated computer programs (‘bots’) to buy up large amounts of tickets which they then offer for resale at highly inflated prices.

Any purchases made via unauthorised outlets and people may be considered fraudulent and may not grant you access to the shows. Additionally, in the case an event is rescheduled, postposed, or cancelled, you will not receive important communications from the official ticketing agency about refunds or re-issued tickets as you are not the original ticket purchaser.

Some States and Territories have specific laws regarding ticket resales, for details visit the ACCC’s website and/or the consumer affairs body/department for your State or Territory.

A Frontier Member presale is a period (usually 24 hours) when Frontier Members get advanced ticket access to shows promoted by Frontier Touring and Chugg Entertainment (and our touring partners) before they go on sale to the general public.

Please note, not every tour will have a Frontier Member presale.

You must be a Frontier Member to purchase tickets during a Frontier Touring presale. Sign up here!

Every Frontier Member is allocated their own presale code. During the presale period, use your code to access tickets on the official ticketing website.

Note: Some shows may require a generic codeword instead of your code. To guarantee you're using the correct presale code for your show, find all presale codes displayed on the tour page (on the Frontier Touring website) when signed in.

Show updates, including ticket availability, are posted on the official Facebook Event during the presale period.

To best prepare for a presale, we recommend following these steps before the presale day:

  1. Sign up as a Frontier Member (if you haven't already).
  2. Confirm the show’s presale code and save it somewhere handy.
  3. In some cases, you may need to sign into the ticketing agent website to complete your purchase, so check if you have an account with the ticketing agent website. If not, sign up and keep your login details ready.
