Ticket release notifications can occur at any time before the show date. You may be notified by SMS and/or email about the ticket release.
We won’t always send release notifications to the waitlist for minimal ticket releases. We encourage you to keep an eye on the authorised ticketing agency’s event page to check ongoing availability.
We will delete the waitlist data within a reasonable time period after the completion of the tour. We may keep the waitlist data for a limited period after the completion of the tour to respond to any related customer enquiries or concerns.
Sponsor presales are run separately to Frontier Member presales. We recommend that you check the relevant company's website for presale information.
Unethical secondary ticketing is when people buy tickets at face value and then resell them at inflated prices via non-artist approved methods and websites, thus denying real fans the chance to buy at face value.
Ticket touts and unauthorised resellers use multiple payment cards, false identities and sophisticated computer programs (‘bots’) to buy up large amounts of tickets which they then offer for resale at highly inflated prices.
Purchases made via unauthorised outlets and people may be considered fraudulent and may not grant you access to the shows. In addition, where you are not the original ticket purchaser, your rights relating to a refund where an event is rescheduled, postposed, or cancelled may be restricted, and you will not receive important communications from the authorised ticketing agency about rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled events.
Some States and Territories have specific laws regarding ticket resales, including a cap on the resale ticket price, for further details visit the ACCC’s website and/or the consumer affairs body/department for your State or Territory.
Holders of a valid National or State issued Companion Card may request a companion ticket equivalent to the ticket type purchased by the Companion Card holder for their carer.
Companion tickets may be requested directly via the venue or the authorised ticketing agency. Please refer to the authorised ticketing agency or venue listed on the relevant artist’s tour page on the Frontier Touring website for Companion Card details. Like all ticket types, allocations are subject to availability.
We recommend that you contact the show's venue regarding any accessibility requirements and companion tickets before the presale begins or tickets go on sale to the general public.
If you can no longer attend a show you've purchased tickets to, we recommend that you visit the authorised ticketing agency’s website and determine if any of the options are suitable for you.
The show's authorised ticketing agency may have an official resale facility and/or options on how to securely transfer the tickets to another person using their platform.
We strongly discourage you from reselling tickets through any unauthorised third party resellers or via social media.
