Ticketek, Ticketmaster and AXS are the only authorised ticketing agencies for the Foo Fighters 2023/24 tour in Australia and New Zealand. To purchase accessible tickets, please contact the authorised ticketing agency. You can find your specific tour date's ticketing agency at frontiertouring.com/foofighters.


AGE RESTRICTIONS

All shows on the Foo Fighters 2023/24 tour are All Ages events.

This is a licensed, loud music event, staged over a long time and we do not recommend attendance by children aged 5 years and under. 

Children 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times and have purchased a valid ticket. No concession tickets will be available for children, they must have a ticket.

WHEN DO TICKETS GO ON SALE?

AMEX Presale

The AMEX presale will be available to all American Express Card Members. Tickets will be available to purchase directly through the official ticketing agency for your desired tour date, and by completing your purchase with your AMEX card. Artist Presale
Friday 9 June (scroll down for your city's staggered time)

The Artist presale will be available to those signed up to the official Foo Fighters' mailing list. Presale access details will be sent directly to you by the artist.


Frontier Members Presale
Tuesday 13 June (scroll down for your city's staggered time)

You can access the Frontier Members presale by signing up as a Frontier Member here. Make sure to make note of your Frontier Member unique presale code. Frontier Member presale tickets will become available to purchase after entering your presale code where prompted on your tour date's official ticketing agency page.

General public tickets will be available via your tour date's official ticketing agency. Only purchase tickets via the authorised ticketing agency, Ticketek, Ticketmaster or AXS. Don’t risk buying illegitimate tickets from ANY other website, including ticket resellers.

HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY?

A limited number of tickets can be purchased per customer:

Presale: 6 tickets per customer, per show

On sale: 10 tickets per customer, per show

Customers who exceed the published ticket limits may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice.

PLEASE NOTE that any and all transactions that are detected as bot purchases, patrons creating duplicate accounts in order to purchase more than the ticket limit or any action that indicates a suspicious purchase in excess of the ticket limit will be cancelled.


FRONTIER MEMBER PRESALE TIPS

AHEAD OF THE FRONTIER MEMBER PRESALE

  • Get your unique Frontier presale code at frontiertouring.com/foofighters and write it down! Do not share your presale code
  • If you are an existing Frontier Member we have also emailed your presale information
  • We will send a further email to new sign ups on the morning of the Frontier presale
  • Click the link for the show you want to buy for and then bookmark the relevant ticketing agency page. Make sure you have created an account with them if you haven't got one already
  • Log in and select “Keep me signed in” on the device you’re going to use at presale

WHEN THE FRONTIER MEMBER PRESALE STARTS

  • Head directly to the ticketing agency page you bookmarked and join the queue to buy tickets (do not head to frontiertouring.com!). You can also click on the link off your EDM from Frontier
  • Only use one browser or device – don’t open multiple pages
  • Do not refresh the queue page, you will be let through when a spot becomes available
  • Keep an eye on the website timer, you get a set time to finish a purchase
CAN I SELECT MY SEATS?

Ticket purchasers can select the ticket type in the stadium you wish to sit in. It will then take you to the best available seats determined by the number of tickets you are purchasing. We recommend purchasing the first seats allocated to avoid disappointment.

ARE ALL TICKETS SEATED? CAN I PURCHASE GENERAL ADMISSION?

There are both reserved seating and General Admission tickets available across all tour dates for Foo Fighters Australia & New Zealand 2023/24. Please refer to the relevant date you are purchasing for at frontiertouring.comfoofighters for all ticket types and prices.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

Tickets can only be accessed via Ticketek, Ticketmaster or axs' iOS or Android apps. No physical tickets will be available.  Install the ticketing agency app to access tickets. You can find your relevant ticketing agency's iOS and Android apps below:

We recommend you download and install the app before purchasing your ticket(s) but it can still be done after purchase. You will be able to view your ticket purchase with show date, venue and seat allocation in the app, but your barcode will be blocked. The ticket barcode will activate just prior to the show date.


CAN I BUY TICKETS AS A GIFT?

Yes! If you want to buy tickets as gifts, you'll just need to ensure you transfer the tickets from your Ticketek, Ticketmaster or AXS account to your friend's prior to the show date. This can be done via the share ticket feature in the Ticketek, Ticketmaster and AXS apps.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

Remember, we are operating a mobile digital app ticketing system. Therefore, no physical tickets will be posted or emailed in advance. Your ticketing agency app will contain your ticket.

You will be able to view your ticket purchase with show date, venue and seat allocation in the app, but your barcode will be blocked. The barcode will activate just prior to the show date.

I CAN’T FIND MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL

CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKETS?

If you change your mind, you are not entitled to a refund or exchange on purchased tickets.

I CAN'T GO ANYMORE AND NEED TO SELL MY TICKET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The reselling of any Foo Fighters Australia & New Zealand 2023/24 tickets is strictly forbidden other than through the official resale platform of your original point of purchase platform. Find your relevant ticketing agency's official resale platform below:

Except where expressly permitted under relevant State or Federal trading laws, any Foo Fighters ticket offered for resale elsewhere, either on or offline (including via Unauthorised Resellers or via social media websites) may result in all of your orders and tickets cancelled without notice to you and your ticket price refunded. The original purchaser and their party will be refused admission and any other orders and tickets they hold will also be cancelled without notice to them and their ticket price refunded.

Note this does not limit your ability to resell your Foo Fighters Australia & New Zealand 2023/24 ticket for no more than 10% above the original cost to the extent such resale is expressly permitted under relevant State or Federal trading laws applicable from time to time.

WHAT IS AXS PREMIUM?

AXS Premium gives fans direct access to purchasing premium tickets at market value. Ticket prices and supplies of inventories are subject to change based on demand. With AXS Premium, fans can choose the perfect ticket based on their individual preferences. By purchasing tickets directly from AXS (the official event ticketing provider) fans can eliminate the risk of purchasing tickets that may be considered lost, stolen or counterfeit.

Please note that AXS Premium may not be available for all events and may be General Admission depending on venue setup.

TICKET ISSUES AT THE VENUE

If your phone is lost or stolen and you cannot access your Ticketek, Ticketmaster or AXS tickets another way, please head to the box office of your venue. Ensure you bring valid photo ID for the venue staff to assist you.

DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE OFFICIAL TICKETING AGENCY

Please read the Live Performance Australia Safe Tix Guide. Frontier does not allocate any tickets for Events to unauthorised resellers (which include but are not limited to Viagogo; Stubhub; Ticketfinders; The Ticket Merchant; Worldticketshop; and Tixel (Unauthorised Resellers)) or via websites such as eBay, Gumtree and social media Buy Swap Sell pages.  To make sure you pay the correct ticket price and receive valid tickets, you must purchase via the Authorised Ticketing Agents, as listed on our website.    

Frontier and the official Ticketing Agency are not responsible for unauthorised ticket disputes and are unable to assist you if you purchase outside the official Ticketing Agency.

WHAT IS UNETHICAL SECONDARY TICKETING AND TICKET RESALE?

Unethical secondary ticketing is when people buy tickets at face value and then resell them at inflated prices via non-artist approved methods and websites, thus denying real fans the chance to buy at face value.

Ticket touts and unauthorised resellers use multiple payment cards, false identities and sophisticated computer programmes (‘bots’) to buy up large amounts of tickets which they then offer for resale at highly inflated prices.

WHAT ELSE ARE YOU DOING TO COMBAT THE SECONDARY MARKET?

Your mobile phone number is linked to your ticket order. Your tickets are linked to both your Ticketek, Ticketmaster or AXS account AND your mobile phone number. This means your ticket and the individual information you gave when you purchased are linked. If a ticket is resold in any method other than via official resale platforms of the authorised ticketing agency, then the mobile phone number will not be linked to the ticket(s) and you may be refused entry to the venue.

Perth, WA - HBF Park

  • First aid facilities are available around the venue at Pod 1 and in the Upper Western Grandstand at W210

Adelaide, SA - Coopers Stadium

  • Coopers Stadium has First Aid rooms located in the Southern Stand

Melbourne, VIC - AAMI Park

  • St John Ambulance is present at AAMI Park events. First aid rooms are located on Level 1 at Aisles 1, 10 and 21

Sydney, NSW - Accor Stadium

  • Speak to a member of venue staff on event day for assistance locating first aid rooms

Brisbane, QLD - Suncorp Stadium

  • First aid facilities are available on the field level for patrons

Auckland, NZ - GO Media Stadium Mt Smart

  • St John Ambulance is on site at GO Media Stadium Mt Smart. Patrons may ask staff members on event day for assistance in finding their closest first aid station

Christchurch, NZ - Orangetheory Stadium

  • St John Ambulance is present at Orangetheory Stadium for all events. Please speak to a Venues Ōtautahi staff member on event day for assistance regarding first aid location

Wellington, NZ - Sky Stadium

  • If you require medical assistance please tell a member of staff or security, or text 5454 with your location, or go to the First Aid booth at Aisle 19, where a member of the Wellington Free Ambulance team can assist


VENUE ENTRY

To gain access to the concert, you are required to bring your fully charged mobile phone or smartphone. You may be required to produce your email booking confirmation and a valid form of photo ID that matches the name on the confirmation.

Accepted forms of photo ID include: 

  • Driver Licence or Learner Permit (from any country) including Digital Driver Licences
  • Passport (from any country)
  • KEYPASS Photo ID Card or Keypass in Digital iD
  • Any other recognised Proof/Evidence of Age/Identity or Photo Card

All Acceptable ID must be written in English or if not written in English then accompanied by an official English translation. For a foreign Driver Licence not written in English, an International Driver Permit issued in the foreign country of origin (and including a photo of the licence holder and translation) should be presented with the Foreign Driver Licence.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

Taking photos/videos on small hand-held cameras and smartphones is permitted, but no professional cameras with detachable lenses will be allowed into the venues. Professional cameras (deemed as cameras with removable lenses), video and recording equipment are strictly forbidden.

Merchandise will be available to purchase at each venue at various merchandise stands inside and outside the venue.
