AGE RESTRICTIONS

All shows on Paul McCartney Got Back 2023 Australian Tour are Licensed All Ages events.

Paul McCartney Got Back 2023 Australian shows are licensed, loud music events, staged over a long time and we do not recommend attendance by children aged 5 years and under. 

Children 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times and have purchased a valid ticket. No concession tickets will be available for children, they must have a ticket.

Frontier Members Presale

HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY?

A limited number of tickets can be purchased per customer:

Presale: 6 tickets per customer, per show

On sale: 6 tickets per customer, per show

Customers who exceed the published ticket limits may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice.

PLEASE NOTE that any and all transactions that are detected as bot purchases, patrons creating duplicate accounts in order to purchase more than the ticket limit or any action that indicates a suspicious purchase in excess of the ticket limit may be cancelled.




FRONTIER MEMBER PRESALE TIPS

Ahead of the Frontier Member presale:

  • Get your unique Frontier presale code at frontiertouring.com/paulmccartney and write it down! Do not share your presale code
  • If you are an existing Frontier Member we have also emailed your presale information
  • We will send a further email to new sign ups on the morning of the Frontier presale
  • Click the link for the show you want to buy for and then bookmark the relevant ticketing agency page. Make sure you have created an account with them if you haven't got one already
  • Log in and select “Keep me signed in” on the device you’re going to use at presale

When the Frontier Member presale begins:

  • Head directly to the ticketing agency page you bookmarked and join the queue to buy tickets (do not head to frontiertouring.com!). You can also click on the link off your EDM from Frontier
  • Only use one browser or device – don’t open multiple pages
  • Do not refresh the queue page, you will be let through when a spot becomes available
  • Keep an eye on the website timer, you get a set time to finish a purchase



CAN I SELECT MY SEATS?

Ticket purchasers can select the ticket type in the stadium you wish to sit in. It will then take you to the best available seats determined by the number of tickets you are purchasing. We recommend purchasing the first seats allocated to avoid disappointment.



ARE ALL TICKETS SEATED? CAN I PURCHASE GENERAL ADMISSION?

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

Mobile Tickets will be issued and can only be accessed via either your Ticketek or Ticketmaster's account, or via their iOS or Android apps. No physical tickets will be available. We recommend you download and install the app before purchasing your ticket(s) but it can still be done after purchase. You will be able to view your ticket purchase with show date, venue and seat allocation in your account or in the app, but your barcode will be blocked. The ticket barcode will activate just prior to the show date.




CAN I BUY TICKETS AS A GIFT?

Yes! If you want to buy tickets as gifts, you'll just need to ensure you transfer the tickets from your Ticketek or Ticketmaster account to your friend's Ticketek or Ticketmaster account prior to the show date. This can be done via the share ticket feature in the Ticketek and Ticketmaster apps.



WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

Remember, we are operating a mobile and digital app ticketing system. Therefore, no physical tickets will be posted or emailed in advance. Your ticketing agency account or the app will contain your ticket.

You will be able to view your ticket purchase with show date, venue and seat allocation in your account or the app, but your barcode will be blocked. The barcode will activate just prior to the show date.

CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKETS?

If you change your mind, you are not entitled to a refund or exchange on purchased tickets.



I CAN'T GO ANYMORE AND NEED TO SELL MY TICKET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The reselling of any Paul McCartney Got Back 2023 Australian Tour tickets is strictly forbidden other than through the official resale platform of your original point of purchase platform. Find your relevant ticketing agency's official resale platform below:

Except where expressly permitted under relevant State or Federal trading laws, any Event ticket offered for resale elsewhere, either online or offline (including via Unauthorised Resellers or via social media websites) may result in all of your orders and tickets cancelled without notice to you and your ticket price refunded.  The original purchaser and their party may be refused admission and any orders and tickets they hold will also be cancelled without notice to them and their ticket price refunded.

TICKET ISSUES AT THE VENUE

If your phone is lost or stolen and you cannot access your Ticketek or Ticketmaster tickets another way, please head to the box office of your venue. Ensure you bring valid photo ID for the venue staff to assist you.




DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE OFFICIAL TICKETING AGENCY

Food and beverages are available to purchase at both venues. Free water is available around the venues. Select your relevant venue below for further information:




FIRST AID

Adelaide, SA - Adelaide Entertainment Centre

  • First aid rooms are available adjacent to Doors 1 and 12 on the Foyer Level of the Arena

Melbourne, VIC - Marvel Stadium

  • St John Ambulance staff are on-site at Marvel Stadium for all events. First Aid rooms are available on all levels at Level 1 Aisle 40, Level 2 Aisle 40 and Level 3 Aisles 17 and 41

Gold Coast, QLD - Heritage Bank Stadium

  • A First Aid Office is available next to the Event Office, opposite Gate 3



VENUE ENTRY

To gain access to the concert, you are required to bring your fully charged mobile phone or smartphone. You may be required to produce your email booking confirmation and a valid form of photo ID that matches the name on the confirmation.

Accepted forms of photo ID include: 

  • Driver Licence or Learner Permit (from any country) including Digital Driver Licences
  • Passport (from any country)
  • KEYPASS Photo ID Card or Keypass in Digital iD
  • Any other recognised Proof/Evidence of Age/Identity or Photo Card

All Acceptable ID must be written in English or if not written in English then accompanied by an official English translation. For a foreign Driver Licence not written in English, an International Driver Permit issued in the foreign country of origin (and including a photo of the licence holder and translation) should be presented with the Foreign Driver Licence.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

Taking photos/videos on small hand-held cameras and smartphones is permitted, but no professional cameras with detachable lenses will be allowed into the venues. Professional cameras (deemed as cameras with removable lenses), video and recording equipment are strictly forbidden.




MERCHANDISE

Merchandise will be available to purchase at each venue at various merchandise stands inside and outside the venue.
