THEY.

THEY.

Together, Dante and Drew are THEY., two like minds determined to shatter expectations and trash perceived genre parameters. Their debut album, Nü Religion: hyena, cannot be boxed in as simply R&B. Listen a little harder—to the minor chord guitar ripples on “Motley Crew,” the jarring futurist verses of “What You Want,” with its swaggering pop topline. Then there’s “Dante’s Creek,” with the unexpected lift from the Dawson’s Creek theme tune. THEY.’s inventiveness is stitched into songs full of surprising cadences and musical swerves.

Boogie

Boogie

Few hip-hop artists command a space as purposefully anomalous as Long Beach-born, Compton-bred Anthony Dixson, whose stage name, Boogie, foreshadows his intrinsic talent for writing music that is rooted in realities that are simultaneously melancholy and joyfully uplifting. Oscillating between a soundscape underpinned by ardent praise rhythms and the gritty memories of a youth spent immersed in gangbanging, Boogie’s brand of rap is as much a credo of the streets as it is a constant reflection on purpose and growth. With his star on a speedy trajectory upward, Boogie is ready to share his debut studio album with the world. Inspired by the natural progression of life and his complicated relationship with the streets - something he neither glorifies nor dishonors - the project promises to be his most introspective effort yet.

RETURNS TO AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND ON WORLD TOUR FOR NEW ALBUM EAST ATLANTA LOVE LETTER

With special guests THEY. and BOOGIE

Off the back of the huge announcement of his second record East Atlanta Love Letter, Illusive Presents and Frontier Touring are hyped to be bringing 6LACK back to Australia and New Zealand as part of his mammoth From East Atlanta, With Love world tour.

Kicking off in Perth, the two-time Grammy-nominated artist will also hit Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and Auckland. Breakout hip-hop duo THEY. and the newest Shady Records signee, BOOGIE, will be along for the ride for all Australian dates.

For 6LACK, East Atlanta Love Letter is a sonic love letter to his friends and family at home, his significant other, past significant others and most importantly, his fans. The project features huge single ‘Switch’, whose music video has accumulated almost 5 million views to date, including more than 3 million in the week of its release.

Since the 2016 release of breakout hit ‘Prblms’ and debut record FREE 6LACK, 6LACK’s moody hip-hop has done nothing but build momentum. 2018 has already been a huge year for the Atlanta rapper, with the release of atmospheric slow jam ‘Cutting Ties’, a massive tour supporting Chris Brown, major slots at Coachella and The Governors Ball, and a standout feature alongside Ty Dolla $ign on Khalid’s smash hit ‘OTW’.

6LACK’s soon to be released sophomore album, East Atlanta Love Letter, is sure to be packed with more heat, making his October dates down under the perfect time to catch his new music live. Don’t sleep on this one, tickets won’t last long.
