Hazlett

Hazlett

Hazlett is a singer-songwriter hailing from Brisbane, Australia. A self-proclaimed over-thinker whose music manages to find beauty in the banalities of modern life. With a well-heeled past touring in bands and writing for other artists, Hazlett has seen more than we know and is armed with a voice of authenticity to sing about it all. ANNOUNCES LIFE AUSTRALIAN TOUR THIS MAY & JUNE!

Frontier Touring is delighted to announce that ARIA Award-winning vocal sensation Conrad Sewell will hit the road this May and June on his biggest Australian headline tour to date. His series of electrifying shows will kick off soon after the release of his highly-anticipated debut studio album LIFE.

The LIFE tour will kick off at Astor Theatre in Perth on May 25 before heading to Eatons Hill Ballroom in Brisbane on May 31, Enmore Theatre in Sydney on June 1, The Gov in Adelaide on June 4 and The Forum in Melbourne on June 7.

Fans will be treated to multi-platinum hits ‘Healing Hands’ and ‘Changing’, cuts from Conrad’s new record LIFE (out 17 May through Sony) including brand new single ‘Love Me Anyway’ as well as all of his past hits.

“I’m so excited to be embarking on my biggest Australian tour to date and to be bringing my little sister on the road with me. To be able to bring this album to life and play my full body of work is going to be amazing. Playing venues like The Forum and The Enmore is a dream come true.” - Conrad Sewell

The last few years of Conrad’s life have been a wild ride. He took home an ARIA for Song Of The Year with his #1 hit ‘Start Again’ in the same year that he received nominations for Breakthrough Artist and Best Pop Release, and featured on Kygo’s RIAA Platinum smash ‘Firestone’ which has accumulated more than 1 billion streams. Conrad took the track to the live stage with Kygo, before touring with Ed Sheeran and Maroon 5 on the some of the world’s biggest stages like Madison Square Garden and Coachella. Then came two more collaborations, ‘Taste The Feeling’ with the late Avicii and ‘Sex, Love & Water’ with Armin van Buuren.

Conrad’s meteoric rise didn’t come without its price, however. Last year, the singer opened up about his struggles with drug and alcohol addiction, and how they had brought his career to a standstill.

In 2018, he pledged to turn it all around, pouring his newfound focus and drive into one of the biggest Australian singles of the year, ‘Healing Hands’. It brought Conrad his third ARIA nomination, racked up 21 million streams, and peaked at #1 on the Australian iTunes Singles Chart and #7 on the ARIA Singles Chart.

2019 will only be bigger, with Conrad’s debut album LIFE finally ready for release. Written and recorded over the last four years in LA, it features collabs with Grammy-nominated heavyweights like Jamie Hartman (Calvin Harris, James Bay, Kygo, Rag’N’Bone Man), Busbee (P!nk, Keith Urban, Kelly Clarkson) and Stuart Crichton (Elton John, Kesha, Kygo).

“This album pretty much sums up my life to date. A lot of the album was inspired by my battles with addiction, regrets I have as a result of those battles, and the people I’ve hurt along the way. These were hard truths that I’ve had to come to terms with. Although the underlying message in most of the songs is one of redemption and hope that people can change… I suppose that’s what the journey of life is all about. I wanted to make a classic, timeless album with songs that will hopefully be played 50 years from now. No bells and whistles, just my truth and my voice singing with every ounce of pain and love that I have.” – Conrad Sewell

Don’t miss what may be your last opportunity for an intimate show with Conrad Sewell. With his debut record on the way, 2019 will surely see his success continue to explode worldwide. Grab your tickets now!
