The Frontier Touring Company is thrilled to announce the news punk rock fans have been waiting for – The Used are returning to Australia! This will be The Used’s first tour of Australia since 2007’s Taste of Chaos jaunt that left all fans wanting more. And more it will be as The Used perform for all ages fans in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney this November, performing songs from their new release Artwork.

The Used have built their reputation on explosive live performances, and their last Australian sojourns didn’t buck the trend. Fans were left exhilarated, and media echoed those sentiments:

“All hail the Kings of Chaos” – Inpress

“…from the word go they have the crowd in the palm of their hand” – Rave Magazine

“Bert McCracken is one of the most engaging frontmen around and as he conducted the chaos (pun not intended) on stage, the crowd gave back more from the floor” – The Drum Media

“…one of the best rock shows to come to Brisbane” – FasterLouder

The Used return to Australia in support of their fourth studio album Artwork (in stores tomorrow) which has already been hailed by many as their finest work to date. A boundary crossing, career defining album, Artwork has seen The Used make the leap they’ve always threatened.

“On their fourth full-length, the Used have delivered not only the definitive album of thier career, but arguably one of the best records you'll hear in 2009.” – Alternative Press

“The Used have taken the best elements of their previous releases, refined them and delivered the strongest album of their career.” – Sputnikmusic

“…brutal yet crowd-pleasing anthems.” – Billboard

Tours by The Used have always resulted in a few things within Australia. Hysteria. Sell outs. Venue camp outs. Screaming. Excitement. Mind-blowing performances. You get the idea.
