Frontier Touring is thrilled to announce the return of one of America’s most talked-about rising outfits: folk-pop trio Tiny Habits. The acclaimed band – Cinya Khan, Maya Rae and Judah Mayowa – will perform three intimate East Coast shows in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne this November/December, on the Just A Little Down Under Tour.
Tiny Habits return in celebration of their debut studio album, All for Something, out now on Mom+Pop. The band first visited in January 2024, touring with US indie darling Gracie Abrams – now, they return for their own headline run, including first live shows in Brisbane and Sydney.
Fresh from US dates this September with Aussie legend Vance Joy, the band’s A Little Down Under Tour kicks off on Friday 29 November at The Triffid, Brisbane. Tiny Habits will then head south to Sydney’s Factory Theatre on Sunday 1 December, before wrapping up their East Coast run on Tuesday 3 at Melbourne’s The Croxton. Tickets go on sale Wednesday 7 August (1pm local time) via frontiertouring.com/tinyhabits. Frontier Members can get early access through their presale which starts Monday 5 August (10am local time). Visit frontiertouring.com/tinyhabits for full details.
In extra news today, the band have also revealed a new collaboration with seven-time Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Kacey Musgraves – new track ‘Perfection’ out today on Musgraves’ new album Deeper into the Well (an expanded version of her critically acclaimed LP Deeper Well).
Joining the band on all dates is Melbourne indie pop luminary Sidney, who continues her ascent in 2024, having shared stages with the likes of Angus & Julia Stone, The Rubens, Gretta Ray, Cap Carter, and supported Tiny Hands at their previous Melbourne show. Sidney's trajectory is a testament to her undeniable impact on the indie-pop landscape, solidifying her status as a must-watch artist.
Tiny Habits were still students in Boston when they began gaining recognition for the harmony-focused song covers recorded in their dorm stairwell and posted to millions of listeners on TikTok. They released their first EP of original songs, Tiny Things, in April 2023 and soon earned a spot opening for Gracie Abrams on her North American tour. In the last 12 months, they’ve performed with Lizzy McAlpine on her Tiny Desk appearance, harmonised with Kacey Musgraves and Laufey among many others, and count celeb fans from the late great David Crosby to Phoebe Bridgers to Elton John, who called them “delicious”. Profiled by everyone from the NME to Teen Vogue to The New Yorker – which touted them “The Prodigies of Harmonies” – this September, Tiny Habits hit the road across the US, supporting Vance Joy, as well as shows with Lake Street Dive and Sarah McLachlan.
