Whether tricking unsuspecting celebrity guests into taking part in notorious pranks or delighting fans with his surrealist, no-holds-barred antics – boundary-pushing US comedian Eric Andre is like no other. Frontier Touring and More Comedy are delighted to announce the hilariously off kilter Andre will make his long-awaited return to Australia and New Zealand next month – bringing The Eric Andre Show Live to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Auckland this February/March!

‘Confrontational, bizarre, and always cackle-inducing’ – thedailybeast

‘One of the most off-kilter and versatile comedians on planet earth’ – Vice

‘The genius of The Eric Andre Show is that it’s the kind of prank show you can’t prepare for – because it’s constantly changing. One second you're looking at Andre try to eat his desk, then a man dressed as a ginormous bug is running straight at you’ – Esquire

It’s been five years since the comedian, actor and creator and host of Adult Swim’s smash hit series The Eric Andre Show – which just wrapped its sixth season – was last on our shores, with previous tours selling out in days and extra shows added to meet demand. Now, this summer Andre will perform his biggest shows in Australia and New Zealand to date.

Andre built a huge cult following off the back of his acclaimed, chaotic live-action-comedy television series, which first premiered over a decade ago in May 2012. Skip forward, and in 2023 Andre could be seen as an expert panellist on American TV shows such as The Prank Panel (“basically Shark Tank for pranks”, joked Andre to Howard Stern), alongside Johnny Knoxville and Gabourey Sidibe. 2023 also saw the US star launch his hilarious debut podcast, titled Bombing with Eric Andre – in which Andre quizzes his guests (usually a comedian or other type of performer) on what their worst experience in front of an audience was, the worst bombing they’ve ever seen, and the most wasted they’ve ever been on stage.

Andre’s radical work stretches from live stand-up to appearances on TV, film, radio and more. His 2020 Netflix stand-up special, Legalize Everything, received widespread critical praise, followed by 2021’s smash hit comedy Bad Trip, which he produced and co-wrote. Andre currently voices the demon ‘Luci’ on the Netflix animated series Disenchantment (from creator Matt Groening of The Simpsons fame). He’s lent his voice to many a Hollywood production, including November 2023’s animated feature Trolls Band Together, Sing 2, and voicing a hyena in Disney’s reimagining of The Lion King, by director Jon Favreau. In 2023 Andre delivered a hilarious performance in HBO’s The Righteous Gemstones, and also starred in an episode of the Netflix anthology series Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities.

Hilarious, subversive, and remarkably unhinged, don’t miss the one and only Eric Andre when he brings his The Eric Andre Show Live Tour in Australia and New Zealand next month! Tickets go on sale Friday 19 January via frontiertouring.com/ericandre.
