I haven't received my Frontier Member validation email and/or pre-sale code?

Please allow up to 30 minutes to receive your validation email or pre-sale code reminder email, especially during high traffic periods.

If it has been more than longer than 30 minutes and you still have not received your validation email, please email us using the email address you signed up with and we will investigate.

An alternative to receiving a pre-sale code reminder email is to visit the red MY PRE-SALE INFO section of an artist’s tour page. Once signed up and logged in as a Frontier Member, you can view all your personalised pre-sale details – including your pre-sale code – there.
