RX Tour VIP package

Inclusions:

• One (1) General Admission standing ticket
• Early Entry to the venue and the floor*
• Early Merchandise shopping opportunity*
• One (1) Exclusive, VIP merchandise item
• One (1) Commemorative Signed VIP laminate and lanyard

*Early Entry means you have priority access into the Venue (for Early Merchandise Shopping Opportunity) and the Floor before all other ticket holders. Please note: there is no sectioned-off area on the floor. 

Additional Terms & Conditions

Age Restrictions:
VIP Packages are only available to persons aged 18+.  

Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase. 

Re-Sale Prohibited:
All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.

No Refunds:
Subject to any applicable law (including Australian Consumer Law) Packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier. 

Package Details and Instructions:
All Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at the time of purchase) approximately 3 days before the Show.  

If you do not receive this email 3 days prior, double-check your Junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any Package communications, email: VIP@frontiertouring.com. 

Packages Subject to Change:
All Package items and experiences may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason. 

Purchaser Information:
You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product. 

Arrival Time:
A component of your Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This will may well be before doors open.  

If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Package. 

Entry:
Exact times will be sent to all Package purchasers closer to the Show dates. 

Artist Interaction:
There is no Artist interaction or involvement on the day of the Show. 

Commemorative VIP Laminates:  
Commemorative VIP Laminates are for commemorative purposes only.  

The Package Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the Venue or any backstage areas. 

Package Components (such as Merchandise):
Unless otherwise advised, all Package components are to be collected at the Venue at the time designated in the Package Details and Instructions. 

Merchandise Availability: 
Early Merchandise Shopping Opportunity provides early access to merchandise prior to general doors. Exact merchandise items, designs, styles, sizes and quantities are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Merchandise offerings may vary from market to market and may not reflect merchandise available in overseas or other tour locations.
