ANNOUNCES FIRST EVER AU HEADLINE SHOWS FOR FEBRUARY

WITH SPECIAL GUEST DYLAN JOEL

Frontier Touring is delighted to announce that UK pop sensation Jess Glynne will be heading to our shores for her debut Australian headline shows on the Always Inbetween Tour in February 2019! The North Londoner who delicately weaves the lines between pop, soul, R&B and house music will kick off the new year with show-stopping performances in Melbourne and Sydney.

The news of her Australian shows comes fresh off the back of the announcement that Glynne will support legendary UK pop stars Spice Girls on their recently-announced UK stadium tour!

Glynne gave Australia an exciting taste of what her shows will entail when she performed at the 2018 Logie Awards, a thrill for an artist who grew up watching Aussie TV series like Neighbours and Home & Away.

She’s no stranger to Australian airwaves either, after her inimitable and distinctive vocals featured on Clean Bandit’s global hit ‘Rather Be’, which reached 4x ARIA Platinum and won a Grammy for Best Dance Recording in 2014. Her 2015 debut album I Cry When I Laugh immediately charted at #1 in the UK and #7 in Australia, spawning 2.5 billion Spotify streams and 39 weeks on the UK Top 10. More recently, Jess featured on Rudimental’s ‘These Days’, alongside Dan Caplen and Macklemore, which peaked at #1 in the UK and has gone 2x Platinum in Australia.

‘A triumphant album led by a singer who isn't afraid to reveal her scars while she's on top.’ – Rolling Stone

‘Glynne’s first solo album… flaunts her formidable pipes and undeniable talent for injecting a lyric with vulnerability.’ – Boston Globe

‘…an exposed, contemplative narrative back dropped by fizzy production polished up for the dancefloor. This is reflective pop bouncing off a mirror ball into a discotheque of broken hearts.’ - Digital Spy

Her current single, ‘I’ll Be There’ (out now through Warner Music), has amassed over 26 million global streams since its release in May, and peaked at #1 on the UK Singles Chart, making Glynne the first ever female British artist to score seven #1 UK singles, all in the space of just four years!

Glynne has spent the last couple of years perfecting her vibrant live show across the UK, Europe and the US. She has become renowned for her awe-inspiring songs which transcend language through uplifting melodies and gut-wrenching vocals.

Fans are encouraged to act quickly in securing their tickets to an evening with Jess Glynne, one of the defining breakthrough pop acts of an era!
