RUGBY LEAGUE THE MUSICAL | Returning for 2016 RLTM Season Launch after a triumphant 2015 season!

02 Feb 2016

RETURNING WITH 2016 RLTM SEASON LAUNCH AFTER TRIUMPHANT 2015 SEASON

Bigger hits, more grunt, new songs, more villains, more off field dramas, and some big name off season signings.

Rugby League is filled with larger than life characters, melodrama, villains, farce, betrayals, controversies and pantomime.  In Rugby League - The Musical, singer/satirist Denis Carnahan celebrates them all through a dynamic live interactive musical video cabaret burlesque with a bombastic blend of original songs and classic rock/pop parodies.

Denis came to most prominence through his viral and ever-updating hit State Of Origin song “That’s In Queensland”. He’s written many other songs for ABC Grandstand, Fire-Up! On FBi, TripleM’s Grill Team, Fox Sports, and The Footy Show.

After cracking runs at the 2015 Sydney Comedy Festival and Sydney Fringe Comedy, Denis launches the NRL season with the 2016 version of the show that keeps on giving!

Last run sold like hotcakes, don’t miss the season launch!

"Carnahan has certainly won the Dally M of this year’s festival." The Music

“Rugby League the Musical will have you laughing at the great game like you never have before.”  Fox Sports

“No topic or subject is off limits. Denis is a very clever man and rugby league is the gift that keeps on giving!”   ABC Grandstand

“original, clever, witty… do not miss it… hilarious!” – Steve Edge- Premiership winning captain of the Dragons, and Eels
