Laneway Presents, I OH YOU & Frontier Touring have announced that joining the talented multi-instrumentalist and producer SOHN on his headline shows in Melbourne and Sydney will be the musical collaborating cousins, Klo.

SOHN continues to build his reputation as a world-class, genre-defying artist, with engaging live shows around the world which showcases his skills and pristine vocal abilities.

Confirmed to join SOHN are Melbourne duo Klo. Made up of Simon Lam, the all-round-extraordinaire on engineering and production duties along with Chloe Kaul lending her enchanting, siren-like vocals to the pair’s collective, other-worldly soundscapes.

Earlier this year, Klo released their first single, which caused critic’s to sit up and take notice. ‘Make Me Wonder’ was picked up by Radio 1’s Zane Lowe and promptly  rippled into the blogosphere. They quickly backed up the initial success, with equally atmospheric, skilfully layered track ‘False Calls’, taken from their Cusp EP (out now through Remote Control).

Their ability to create soothingly dreamy vocals laced with pop sensibilities, coupled with a dark and alluring danger, has seen them ignite the electronic music world and generate a great deal of excitement. Having recently impressed crowds at Melbourne Music Week and Strawberry Fields Festival, this will be a good chance for you to be a part of the beginning of something truly great.

Returning to Melbourne and Sydney in January will be London raised, Vienna-based multi-instrumentalist and producer SOHN. In June of this year, Laneway Presents and I OH YOU brought the English expat - real name is Christopher Taylor – Down Under, who last time round, sold out his Melbourne show.

Earlier this year, SOHN released one of the most highly anticipated albums and did not disappoint. From debut single ‘The Wheel’ (click here to watch) which attracted praise from the likes of Pitchfork and The Fader to a solid year of gaining momentum and seeing him play to a huge crowd at SXSW, Tremors (out now through 4AD/Remote Control) was one of the most exciting electronic releases of 2014.
