Instead, a new event will be held this year, which will see Stonefest return to its roots as a festival held to celebrate the unveiling of the University’s foundation stone in 1968. The Stonefest ‘Rock On’ party will be held in the UC Refectory and on the UC Concourse and will feature some of the nation’s best dance and hip hop artists.
Ticket holders who purchased Stonefest 2011 tickets via credit card will receive an automatic refund to their card. Those that purchased with cash or EFTPOS should return to their point of purchase with photo identification to obtain a refund.
Please note ticket holders for the original Stonefest 2011 wishing to attend the new event will need to repurchase tickets once they’ve received their refund.
