Help - I haven't received my tickets!

Haven’t received a ticket confirmation email, but the transaction appears on your bank statement?
Please contact the ticketing agency for any enquiries related to ticketing transactions/delivery as they should be able to locate your transaction.

Please include as much information as possible when getting in touch with them, including: which show you purchased for, a contact phone number, your pre-sale code (if applicable) and any screenshots if available.

If you cannot recall which ticketing agency you purchased through, visit the TOUR DATES & TICKETING section of the artist’s tour page for the relevant show’s ticketing agency.


Haven’t received a ticket confirmation email and the transaction does not appear on your bank statement?
It is unlikely that the transaction was succesful. Please contact the ticketing agency for further information.

Have received a ticket confirmation but haven’t received your physical tickets?
On occasion, the delivery and collection of tickets is delayed in a measure to deter scalping. Please check the TOUR DATES & TICKETING section of the artist’s tour page as any unique ticketing delivery information will be included there. 

If there is no specified ticket delivery delay and you have not received your tickets within a reasonable time, please contact the show’s authorised ticketing agency directly for further information. You will be able to confirm who you purchased the tickets through by checking your ticket confirmation email.
