Remember, we have not allocated any tickets for the Ed Sheeran – Loop Tour to any Unauthorised Resellers (which include but are not limited to Viagogo; Stubhub; Ticketfinders; Ticket Merchant; Tixel; and Worldticketshop) or made any tickets available via websites such as eBay, Gumtree and social media Buy Swap Sell pages.

Frontier and each show’s Authorised Ticketing Agency are not responsible for unauthorised ticket disputes and are unable to assist you if you purchase outside the Authorised Ticketing Agency.
What is unethical secondary ticketing and ticket resale?
Unethical secondary ticketing is when people buy tickets at face value and then resell them at inflated prices via unapproved methods and websites, thus denying real fans the chance to buy at face value.
This includes ticket touts and Unauthorised Resellers who use multiple payment cards, false identities and sophisticated computer programs (‘bots’) to buy up large amounts of tickets which they then offer for resale at highly inflated prices.
How do I safely sell my tickets?
Resale facilities for each relevant Authorised Ticketing Agency will be activated at a later date.
What else are you doing to combat the secondary market?
Your ticket order and your tickets are linked to both your Authorised Ticketing Agency account AND your mobile phone number (where applicable). This means your ticket and the individual information you gave when you purchased are linked. If a ticket is resold in any method other than via the relevant Authorised Ticketing Agency’s official resale platform, then you or the person in possession of the tickets may be refused entry to the venue.
