Sam Barber Pre-Show Acoustic Experience
Inclusions:
- One (1) x General Admission standing ticket or One (1) x Reserved seated ticket (Melbourne show only)
- Access to the Sam Barber Pre-Show Acoustic Experience
- First Entry to the Venue with Merchandise shopping opportunity*
- First Entry to Floor*
- One (1) Sam Barber commemorative tour laminate & lanyard
- Priority check-in
*First Entry means you have priority access into the Venue for a merchandise shopping opportunity before all other ticket holders. General Admission ticket holders receive first access to the floor prior to other General Admission ticket holders. There is no sectioned-off area on the floor.
Additional Terms & Conditions
Age Restrictions:
The Sam Barber Pre-Show Acoustic Experience (the Package) is available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the Show, excluding Hindley Street Music Hall and Ice Cream Factory where the Package are only available for patrons aged 18 years and over. Generally, children 14 and under will require supervision by a parent or legal guardian. We recommend you also check the Venue Terms of Entry prior to purchase.
Age means age as at the date of the Show not the date of purchase.
Re-Sale Prohibited:
All of the Package elements will be rendered invalid if resold.
No Refunds:
Subject to any applicable law (including Australian Consumer Law) the Package and its contents are non-transferable and all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.
Package Details and Instructions:
All Package purchasers will be contacted by email (to the email address provided at the time of purchase) approximately 3 days before the Show.
If you do not receive this email 3 days prior, double-check your Junk email folder, and if you cannot locate any Package communications, email: VIP@frontiertouring.com.
Packages Subject to Change:
All Package items and experiences (including any Pre-Show functions, times, locations, and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.
Purchaser Information:
You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier, the Artist, Ticketing Company, Venue and any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or incorrect information provided by you including where incorrect information results in an undelivered product.
Arrival Time:
A component of the Package may require you to be at the Venue at a designated time. This will be before doors open. If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the Package.
Commemorative Tour Laminates:
Commemorative Tour Laminates are for commemorative purposes only.
The Package Laminate does not gain or authorise access into the Venue or any backstage areas.
Package Components (such as Tour Laminates):
Unless otherwise advised, all Package components are to be collected at the Venue at the time designated in the Package Details and Instructions.
Artist Interaction:
There may be artist interaction at the Sam Barber Pre-Show Acoustic Experience. Details including timings, will be communicated closer to the show dates. There may be further conditions contained in the Package details and instructions provided by Frontier, which may be varied to reflect any Artist requirements.
Merchandise Availability:
The Merchandise Shopping Opportunity provides priority access to merchandise before all other ticketholders. Exact merchandise items, designs, styles, sizes and quantities are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Merchandise offerings may vary from market to market and may not reflect merchandise available in overseas or other tour locations.
All sales are made subject to Frontier’s Terms of Sale and any applicable laws. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Package Additional Terms & Conditions and Frontier’s Terms of Sale, Frontier’s Terms of Sale shall take priority to the furthest extent permitted by law.
