With a slew of festival dates coming up across Europe next month and following the release of their critically acclaimed fourth studio album The Clearing, UK rock heavyweights Wolf Alice will return to Australia this December for a run of headline shows across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.

Joining them on all dates will be a handpicked lineup of special guests, adding even more firepower to what promises to be an epic run of shows:

Joining the bill in Sydney and Melbourne, Folk Bitch Trio are beloved for their spellbinding three-part harmonies and quietly magnetic live presence, easily one of Australia’s hottest global indie acts. With all three members – Gracie Sinclair, Jeanie Pilkington and Heide Peverelle – sharing lead vocal and guitar duties, the trio’s acclaimed debut album Now Would Be A Good Time has cemented them as one of the country’s most exciting new voices. Following a remarkable start to 2026 that has included supporting Mitski at the Sydney Opera House, touring Japan, Europe and the USA, and appearances at festivals like Dark Mofo, Roskilde, BottleRock and more, Folk Bitch Trio return home to join the tour as a truly unmissable act.

Opening proceedings in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide are South Australian four-piece Swapmeet, whose fuzz-drenched blend of jangle pop, shoegaze and ‘90s-inspired alt-rock has quickly made them one of the country's most exciting emerging bands. With a USA, UK and European tour locked in for October and November, and new single ‘Halfway’ out now, the band are building towards the release of their debut album, Mount Zero, via US indie label Winspear. Following Emerging Artist and Best Performance honours at SXSW Sydney 2026, Swapmeet are winning fans around the globe with their energetic, cathartic songs and charismatic live show.

Fronted by Jabirr Jabirr man Loki Liddle, Gold Coast alt-rock outfit Selve join the bill in Brisbane. Fresh from a UK and European tour in April and May, the band’s latest EP, Breaking Into Heaven, is out now, featuring songs recorded while on tour in France, with one track laid down at London’s legendary Abbey Road Studios. Over the past 12 months, Selve have supported the likes of Winston Surfshirt, Barkaa and Velvet Trip, appeared at festivals Spilt Milk and Lost Paradise, and landed among triple j Unearthed’s 50 most-played artists of 2025. A powerhouse live act, Selve continue to forge a bold path entirely their own.

Finally, joining the tour in Perth is Mandurah, WA indie-pop outfit Little Guilt. Drawing inspiration from artists like Men I trust, Telenova and Big Scary, Little Guilt blend shimmering indie-dream-pop with smokey vocals, catchy guitars and folk-rooted songwriting. They’ve supported the likes of Freak Slug, Nilufer Yanya, Los Bitchos and Ball Park Music, and in 2026 made their international debut at SXSW Austin.

One of the UK’s most prestigious acts, don’t miss the incredible Wolf Alice when they return to Australia this December!

    About Wolf Alice

Wolf Alice have come a long way since the North London quartet first emerged in 2013 as a young band holding a mirror up to their own emerging generation. Today, they stand as one of the most important and consistently acclaimed British bands of the past decade. Their fourth album The Clearing finds Wolf Alice at the peak of their powers – a confident, emotionally rich record that topped the UK Albums Chart on release last summer and since earned them a spot on the shortlist for the 2025 Mercury Prize, marking an extraordinary four nominations across their four-album career. Following the Grammy-nominated My Love Is Cool, the Mercury Prize-winning Visions Of A Life and the UK Number 1, BRIT Award-winning Blue Weekend, The Clearing signals a band who have transcended the trend cycle to arrive at a collection of songs that is truly timeless.

Written in Seven Sisters and recorded in Los Angeles with Grammy-winning producer Greg Kurstin, The Clearing captures a moment of clarity, peace and hard-won self-knowledge, delivered with the ambition and melodic authority that have become synonymous with Wolf Alice. Since its release, the band have celebrated the album with their most ambitious global tour to date, playing landmark festival sets at Glastonbury and Radio 1’s Big Weekend before taking to some of the biggest stages of their career across North America, Europe, the UK and Ireland, and most recently Asia. Entering 2026, Wolf Alice have been recognised with BRIT Award nominations for Best British Group, Album of the Year and Alternative Rock, cementing their status as a generational band still growing, evolving and pushing forward together.
