From Reykjavík to the global stage, Of Monsters and Men (OMAM) first captured the world’s attention with their 2011 debut My Head Is an Animal, transforming from Icelandic indie favourites into a band known and loved worldwide.
Breakout single ‘Little Talks’ became a generational anthem with over a billion Spotify streams. Reaching #2 on the Triple J Hottest 100 in 2012, the track’s success led to a 2013 Saturday Night Live debut. Their follow-up, Beneath the Skin (2015), debuted Top 3 on the Billboard 200 and included a surprise cameo on HBO’s Game of Thrones. Over the past 15 years, OMAM have continuously explored, evolved, and built a world of music defined by growth and imagination - from the cinematic expansiveness of Beneath the Skin to the dreamlike textures of Fever Dream (2019).

After pursuing solo and side projects, the band reunited with All Is Love and Pain in the Mouse Parade, released at the end of 2025 - a tapestry of stories, moments, and conversations, the album explores how love and pain intertwine. Feelings that might seem at odds with each other but co-exist simultaneously and need one another. The album marks a new chapter in a career defined by growth, exploration, and a commitment to making music that reflects who they are today.

“At the heart of this album lies a very simple belief: stories of everyday love and pain are just as important – if not more worthy of attention” - The Indiependent
Marking this monumental return, the band will bring All Is Love and Pain in the Mouse Parade in its entirety to Australia for the first time. Known for their encapsulating live set, fans can also expect to hear some of their most treasured songs from over the last decade.
“On stage, the quintet are a bundle of energetic notes, seizure-inducing lights, charismatic characters and smoked-up vocals that would have you tearing up over their beauty. That is, if the desire to dance to their electrifying tunes don’t get you first.” - Scenestr (on Of Monsters and Men’s last visit to Australia)
