In what will be a long-awaited and highly anticipated visit, Frontier Touring are delighted to announce UK musician, composer and producer Nick Mulvey will be heading down under this September 2023, returning to Australia this Spring for three special headline shows.

‘Some of the most gorgeous, original singer-songwriter music of the last decade’ – The Arts Desk

‘Ultimately, Mulvey’s third album is a celebration of simply being a thinking, feeling human being. His words and music have always spoken an emotionally intelligent, universal language in a very special way’ – Sputnik Music

A musical craftsman, known best for pushing boundaries of songwriting, sounds and experimenting with blends of music, Nick Mulvey prides himself on writing music from the heart, speaking his truth and connecting with audiences across the globe with his storytelling.

Set to perform at UK’s All Points East festival in the UK in August, Mulvey will then kick off his AU headline shows at The Zoo in Brisbane on Wednesday 20 September, before performing at Sydney’s Factory Theatre on Thursday 21 September, then close out his AU run at Melbourne’s Croxton Bandroom on Friday 22 September.

Tickets will go on sale Friday 2 June (11am local time) via Frontier Members can also access the Presale, which begins Thursday 1 June @ 11am (local time) – see website for details.

Beginning his career as a founding member of award-winning British collective Portico Quartet, Mulvey went solo in 2011 and released his debut album, First Mind in 2014 to outstanding reviews and a top 10 UK chart debut, which resulted in a Mercury Prize nomination. The album’s lead single, ‘Cucurucu’, also achieved Silver certification in the UK.

After releasing his second album Wake Up Now in 2017, along with a number of EPs, Nick released his most recent album, New Mythology in 2022. A body of work that took the listener through a journey – from coping with a global pandemic, to helping save our planet – Nick Mulvey proved yet again he’s a master of connection in his music, with the album receiving glowing reviews from critics around the world.

Crediting his friends, family and teachers past and present for making him the artist he is today, despite his musical achievements, Mulvey still finds himself at the precipice of change and is ready to share and connect with his fans in Australia once again.
