The Rolling Stones today confirmed the rescheduled dates and venues for the postponed Australian and New Zealand leg of their ’14 On Fire’ Tour.
The rescheduling of the tour to October/November has also allowed for two additional concerts to be added to the tour – one at Perth Arena on Saturday 1 November 2014 and the other at Hope Estate in the Hunter Valley on Saturday 15 November 2014.
Ticket holders who are able to attend the rescheduled date need take no action, their existing ticket will remain valid and their location within the venue will remain unchanged.
Fans unable to attend the new shows are asked to secure a refund from their original point of purchase prior to 5pm (local time to the venue) on Monday 28 April, 2014. Refunds can be secured through:

Any refunded tickets will be made available to purchase from 10am (local time to the venue) on Friday 2 May, 2014 from the above listed ticketing outlets.
Pre-sale tickets for the new Perth and Hunter Valley shows will be available via www.frontiertouring.com/rollingstones from noon AEST Tuesday 29 April 2014 until noon AEST Wednesday 30 April (or earlier if pre-sale allocation is exhausted). Head to the site for further details.
Special guests have also been confirmed as rock legends Jimmy Barnes for the Adelaide show and the Hunters & Collectors for the Auckland show. Special guests will also be shortly announced for the Hanging Rock and Hunter Valley concerts.

Day Shuttle operates from 12noon to 7pm from Woodend to site (Travel time is approximately 20 mins to site)
Pick up from the Woodend Community Centre (Cnr High & Forest Sts Woodend)
Evening Shuttle operates from 8:00pm to 1:00am (Travel time is approximately 30min to Woodend)
Evening Service operates from Bus Entrance (Colwells Road)
We recommend that you arrive early and avoid delays.
CAR POOLING = FREE PARKING! Private vehicles with 4 passengers or more parks at no charge.

Parking available on the day (cash only) will also be available.
PRIVATE COACHES & LIMOUSINE PARKING:
There is no onsite coach/ bus/ limousine parking. However, there is offsite parking via North gate at Hanging Rock Reserve (Colwells Road) which is a short walk to the Venue. Please use designated pathway to and from Coach Parking (Hanging Rock reserve).

Private Coach - $30 + BF | Limousine - $20 + BF
Parking will be available on the day, cash only.
DISABLED ACCESS AND PARKING:
Accessed via either Straws Lane or Colswell Rd through Gate 4. Limited shuttle service available to and from disabled parking to disabled seating. Please be patient as service is limited.
Disabled toilets are located near to the disabled parking and adjacent to the reserved seating area. Please note that this event is held at Hanging Rock Reserve, therefore there are some uneven areas.
WHEELCHAIR OR SPECIAL NEEDS SEATING:
Please call the Ticketmaster Contact Centre if you have "Wheelchair or Special Needs" seating requirements in either the General Admission or Reserved Area, PRIOR to the event.

WHAT TO BRING:
Catering and bars only accept cash, No ATMs on site. Slip Slop Slap during the day, and bring a warm jacket as it may get very cold after sunset! Wear comfy shoes as there is uneven ground.
Sealed bottled water and soft drinks, food & eskies.
Strictly no BYO alcohol - this is a licensed event.
No deck/camping chairs with legs, umbrellas (even if it’s raining), tables, professional cameras or video recording equipment, tents or sun shelters, disposable BBQs, glass, metal cutlery, knives or animals (except guide dogs)
Only deck chairs with low legs, which sit no higher than 23cm will be permitted. No special considerations will be made for anybody to in relation to chairs that are higher. Click here to view which chairs are and are not permitted.
Are allowed before 8pm - make sure you grab everything you need before then as there will be strictly no pass outs granted after this time.
VIP PACKAGE MERCHANDISE COLLECTION:
VIP package merchandise items will be available for pick-up on show day, November 8 November. Details regarding collection of items will be sent to the ticket account holder via email address registered to the account, no later than one week prior to the show date.
FOOD & ALCOHOL:
You may bring your own food and there will also be a selection of food and alcohol available (vendors take cash only)
We would recommend this event for adults only. There will be no concessions for kids. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian AT ALL TIMES.
If it does rain the show will go ahead unless conditions are deemed on the day of the show to be dangerous.
If the fire warning on the day of the concert is Code Red (Catastrophic), the show will be cancelled and Hanging Rock Reserve will not be open to the public.
The decision to cancel the show will be made on show day. In the event of inclement weather patrons should check back here BEFORE departing for the show for messages regarding traffic, parking or wet weather arrangements.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
• All bags are subject to a safety and security search upon entry. Any prohibited items will be confiscated. All patrons must adhere to local licensing laws. Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
• You may be filmed/photographed & footage or images may be used by, replicated, reproduced & published by Frontier Touring for any use including, but not limited to, marketing & promotional use. By entering Frontier Touring’s event you consent to being filmed/photographed.
• Occasionally changes to the line up or program times occur that are out of the promoter's control. The Promoter reserves the right to change the line-up and/or the date of the event without prior notification. In the event of change of the date or line-up, refunds will not be available.
• Management reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with reasonable requests.
