Get ready for the party of the year! Australia’s largest independent touring company, Frontier Touring is joining forces with Australia’s biggest and most listened to entertainment company, Southern Cross Austereo and its Hit Network to bring you RNB Fridays Live, an unmissable event that will bounce into Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Melbourne this November.

RNB Fridays has taken Australia by storm! After successfully launching in 2015, RNB Fridays is now the Hit Network’s most listened to day on air right across its 50 stations nationwide and features some of the best RnB hits from the early 90s all the way through to today. Adding to that are the two multi-platinum RNB Fridays albums that prove RNB Fridays is bigger than ever. Now, RNB Fridays Live will take this hugely successful music phenomenon to the next level.

RNB Fridays Live becomes a reality this November. The epic line-up features ten of the biggest names in RNB who have collectively sold more than 84 million records and picked up 12 Grammy Awards from 36 nominations.  Be ready as you’re in for a treat:

Is it getting ‘Hot In Herre’? Nelly, one of the best-selling rap artists in American music history, will be leading the charge at RNB Fridays Live. With a collection of iconic classics like ‘Ride Wit Me’ (ft. St. Lunatics), ‘Just A Dream’, ‘Shake Ya Tailfeather’ (ft. P Diddy and Murphy Lee) and ‘Dilemma’ (ft. Kelly Rowland) alongside recent favourites like ‘The Fix’ (ft. Jeremih) under his belt, there is no doubt that Nelly will be getting the party started.

Three letters, five Grammys and more than 71 million record sales: TLC is one of the most iconic girl groups of all time. Since forming in 1991, the outfit have captured the world’s attention with their sassy and sophisticated RNB, showcased on favourites like ‘Waterfalls’ and ‘Unpretty’. After recently announcing AU & NZ headline shows, here’s your last chance to witness their not-to-be-missed live show. ‘No Scrubs’ allowed.

If that’s not enough to ‘Lock U Down’, Mya will also be headed Down Under for RNB Fridays Live. The Grammy-winning RNB superstar will treat audiences across the country to massive hits like ‘Case Of The Ex (Whatcha Gonna Do)’ and ‘My Love Is Like… Wo’, best start rehearsing all your smooth moves.

Atlanta-bred quartet 112 will be bringing their soulful jams to the mix; don’t miss the chance to see their ultimate club banger ‘Dance With Me’ and Grammy-nominated jam ‘Peaches & Cream’ performed live. You won’t want to be ‘Anywhere’ else when their set kicks off.

Rounding out the line-up will be the names and voices behind some of the biggest tracks in modern RNB history: Montell Jordan (‘This Is How We Do It’, ‘Get On It Tonite’), Blackstreet (‘No Diggity’, ‘Don’t Leave Me’),  Blu Cantrell (‘Hit ‘Em Up Style (Oops!)’, ‘Breathe’), Dante Thomas (‘Miss California’), Fatman Scoop (‘Be Faithful’) and Kevin Lyttle (‘Turn Me On’).

The fun doesn’t end there. In between these massive live performances, DJ Horizon will be spinning all the biggest RNB hits that you remember and love from the 80s right through to today. From Destiny’s Child to Drake, Outkast to Salt-N-Pepa, the anthems will be pumping from the moment doors open until the last person drops the mic.

Australia’s #1 RNB DJ, DJ Horizon has already established himself as a name to watch on the DJ scene, showing off his turntable skills on tour with Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Tyga, Jeremih and Timomatic to name just a few.

Not only will RNB Fridays Live feature back to back RNB classics performed live alongside DJ Horizon playing the biggest urban hits of all time, but all RNB Fridays Live ticketholders will have access to a playground of fun including a special pop-up RNB Fridays Nightclub, RNB Karaoke, competitions and many other activations throughout the event.

RNB Fridays Live is your ONLY chance in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne to see all these massive acts perform live (exc. TLC’s headline shows). General Admission tickets for RNB Fridays Live are just $99.90 (plus transaction fees) with Premium Seating and VIP Package options available for the ultimate experience. They’re on sale from Thursday 8 September and will not last long – get in quick!
