NEON TREES
SHOWS ANNOUNCED FOR AUGUST 2011
The Frontier Touring Company announces U.S alt rockers NEON TREES are set to tear up the stage in what will be their first official Australian tour. The band will entertain lucky audiences in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with hits such as ‘Animal’ and ‘1983’.
First gaining notoriety as special guests on The Killers 2008 North American tour the band have since enjoyed a rise to fame usually unseen in young bands.
Neon Trees signed a deal with Mercury Records shortly after the successful tour and released their debut album Habits in America in 2010 to hugely positive reviews and Top 10 Airplay across the country.

In Australia the hit single ‘Animal’ reached ARIA Gold selling status and climbed to #3 on the Australian Airplay charts and into the Top 30 on the ARIA Singles chart. Habits (out now through Universal) combines slick pop anthems with the lyrical story telling of a singer who is skilled in the ways of love, angst and longing.
