Frontier Touring | Terms Of Sale

Patrons purchasing tickets to shows presented by The Frontier Touring Company are warned not to buy tickets from unauthorised operators.

Of late, we have been made aware that people are paying excessively inflated prices for tickets to our concerts through unauthorised outlets.

Please refrain from purchasing through such organisations, as neither the Promoter nor the authorised Ticketing Agency are able to assist you or make good any promises that have been made to you by such organisations.

At no time do The Frontier Touring Company allocate tickets to organisations such as www.ticketfinders.com.au, www.worldticketshop.com, or www.viagogo.com.

Should you choose to purchase tickets through such organisations, we are unable to assist you in accessing the event or retrieving your money.

The only way you can be assured of paying the correct prices and actually receiving valid tickets is by purchasing via the venue's official ticketing agent, as listed on the Frontier Touring website.

If you have any doubts, consult www.frontiertouring.com for direct links to the authorised ticketing company of each event.

Please read these Terms Of Sale carefully before purchasing a ticket for any concert/event promoted by Frontier Touring Co Pty Ltd ("Frontier"). By purchasing a ticket to a concert/event promoted by Frontier ("Frontier Event") you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SALE OF TICKETS ONLY THROUGH AUTHORISED AGENTS

Tickets to Frontier events must only be sold through our authorised ticketing agencies ("Frontier Ticketing Agent").  When purchasing a ticket from a Frontier Ticketing Agent you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Sale and any additional terms and conditions of sale imposed by the Frontier Ticketing Agent. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms Of Sale and any terms of the Frontier Ticketing Agent or the Live Performance Australia Code of Practice for Event Ticketing in Australia, these Terms of Sale will prevail.

The promotion, advertising, offering, or selling of tickets to a Frontier Event by anyone other than a Frontier Ticketing Agent, by any forum or outlet (including but not limited to online and offline classified services) whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without Frontier's prior written consent.

Frontier reserves the right to cancel any ticket it detects as being promoted, advertised, offered or sold in breach of this condition.

SALE OF TICKETS ONLY AT RECOMMENDED RETAIL PRICE

Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of Frontier, be used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. In addition to any other legal rights and remedies that Frontier has in this regard, Frontier has the right to immediately cancel, without notice or compensation to the ticketholder, any tickets sold or used in breach of this condition.

Such additional conditions will be made available either on Frontier's website and/or on the Frontier Ticketing Agent's website, or on the ticket, in relation to the particular Frontier Event and will be deemed to be incorporated into these Terms of Sale immediately once such additional term is published.

Frontier has the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute support artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity without notice to the ticketholder.

You agree to compensate Frontier for any damage, loss, liability or injury Frontier may suffer as a result of your wilful, reckless or negligent acts or omissions at a Frontier Event.

Frontier may impose specific additional conditions in relation to the entry to a particular Frontier Event.

Ticketholders are reminded that in addition to Frontier's rights to refuse entry to a Frontier Event, the venues hosting such Frontier Event may impose additional restrictions.

CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED FRONTIER EVENTS

If the Frontier Event is rescheduled for any reason whatsoever, the ticket will be valid for the rescheduled event. To avoid doubt, Frontier is not liable to the ticketholder for any losses or expenses incurred in connection with a Frontier Event being cancelled, postponed or changed, (including, for example, travel, accommodation or other ancillary expenses), except to the extent that such losses arise from Frontier’s breach of an applicable Consumer Guarantee (set out in the Australian Consumer Law).
