The pre-sale for JLO's first ever Australian tour kicks off today at 2pm AEST! Here's some handy pre-sale tips:

HOW TO BUY PRE-SALE TICKETS IF YOU ARE ALREADY A FRONTIER MEMBER:

1. Click VIEW next to your chosen venue to see pre-sale start and end times, times also on right.
2. Click the PRE-SALE button. Bookmark the ticketing page (Ticketek/Ticketmaster)on your browser
3. Your pre-sale password is the same Frontier password you use to log into our website.
4. Keep your password somewhere safe.
5. When pre-sale commences for your show, go straight to bookmarked ticketing page.
   YOU DO NOT NEED TO RETURN TO FRONTIER'S WEBSITE
   
6. When pre-sale commences, select your show. Enter your password in the box that appears and proceed.
   NB: Make sure you are signed up as a My Ticketek member well in advance.

FORGOTTEN YOUR FRONTIER PASSWORD?
Request a password reminder on the Members tab or Pre-Sale Info tab.

HOW TO BUY PRE-SALE TICKETS IF YOU ARE NOT A FRONTIER MEMBER:
Click the PRE-SALE INFO tab on JLO's tour page and register.
Once you have your Frontier Member password, follow steps 1-6 as above.

A pre-sale is an opportunity to secure tickets prior to the public, not a preferential ticketing service. A selection of ticketing for this event has been made available for the pre-sale.
