After four years of waiting, Australian fans get ready – McFly are heading Down Under this February/March!

Heading to Sydney to record their fifth studio album, McFly will take some time out to play their first ever live shows in Australia, as they take to the stage at The Annandale for two special matinee shows. Both shows will be all ages affairs.

These UK sensations are no strangers to the spotlight. The release of their debut album in 2004 broke records as McFly became the youngest band to have a debut album enter the charts at #1 – an honour previously held by The Beatles. Notching up thirteen top ten singles in the UK and two #1 albums, McFly have cemented themselves as one of the biggest pop bands in the world.

However, the achievements don’t stop there. In addition to headlining Live8 Japan alongside Good Charlotte and Björk, hosting the Nickelodeon UK Kids Choice Awards and appearing in Lindsay Lohan’s movie Just My Luck, McFly were also invited to appear in cult favourite Dr Who.
